Haf-and-Haf was given plastic surgery while in prison the first time. He pretended to be a model prisoner and got an early release but it was all a con so he could get out and get his revenge on Zelda. But it seems it was Zelda who got the revenge.
Splitface and Haf-’n-Haf have concurred in the plan to Kill Zelda, but Tulza defends her. Now, while Splitface remains eager to off her, Clybourne is directed by Tulza to tie and gag her. —To what end, I do not know; maybe just to stall for time?
