Since I have been dealing with sciatica for over 40 years I know how easy it is for back pain to start up just thinking about a straining activity. But I also have over 40 years of experience in getting the job done and dealing with the pain.

It’s really bad when you know it’s going to happen if you shovel the snow, but you can’t do anything about it because you have to shovel the snow!
