The amazing thing about evolution denial in BC is that evolution has taken place right there in the strip. To deny it when you’ve stood on a beach and watched a form of it (admittedly, a bizarre form of it) take place takes the kind of denial chops normally seen by the doughty skeptics on “X-Files,” where one need only think up a phenomenon for it to turn out to be horrifically real, deadly, and with a solid history.
