How much more specific should she be? In fact, wouldn’t less specificity be better (ie, if she specifically said sugary cereals, great, that leaves cookies and candy bars and soda still on the table)?
This is why I never make New Year’s resolutions because they are too easily broken. Besides, by now, most gyms will be empty with tumbleweeds blowing through them because almost everyone will have broken their resolutions to diet and exercise.
I have a new business idea! I will open a new business called “Resolutions”. From Jan 1 fo Jan 31, it will be a gym. For the rest of the year, it will be a bar!
The people where I work get their exercise at the office: Dodging responsibility, Jumping to conclusions, Throwing someone under the bus. . . .(should I continue?)
Wife and I hit the gym two to three times a week. Most days include floor machines to work the body and then 45 minutes or so walking in the pool (more resistance then the treadmills and not as hard on my wife’s knees. You have to make time for you. PS bet the girls would love the pool and hot tub.

Most gym members wait a month when people stop going. For me, I have my own exerciser. Schwinn last of its kind indoor skier.
