Whatever one thinks of Reagan and Nixon, and I have plenty of issues with both of them, they both stood up to the Russians. Nixon stood face to face against Nikita Khrushchev as the latter pounded his shoe on the table in the kitchen debates and Reagan challenged Gorbachev to “tear down this wall” (and Gorbachev finally did).

In contrast, Comrade TRUMPovich — the Manchurian Candidate (fiction comes to life) — laundered money for the Russians and was elected with their help.

And while Reagan tore down walls, Trump wants to have them relocated to the newest Russian satellite state.

Heartily agree, super stupid, and the electronic one already works better.

Oh puhleeeeeze, Saint Ronnie helped lay the foundation of the modern GOP and the rise of Trump.

Trump’s mob never knew they needed (or wanted) a wall until his orange-ness used it as his rallying cry in the 2016 campaign.

Encase West Berlin, encase the “United” States, encase the West Wing, Walls Walls Walls. Who needs brick and mortar when the walls being created within us all – are far more frightening and long lasting than any physical mass.

Billions of dollars for a stupid wall! That money should go to social security or health care or education or many other things so much more important. Keeping harmless poor out of our country, there are better ways if needs be. It could go toward helping them become worthy citizens etc…………

I read someplace that nobody ever does things they think are wrong; even Hitler thought he was doing the right thing. However, Comrade Trump has made me question that theory.

Apparently, JFK’s imperfect use of German led him to claim he was a doughnut. If Trump repeated it, we would finally have at least one instance of him not telling a lie.

From now on until the end of time, the GOP has a new name. it’s now called the Trump party election machine. that’s right !!! The Trump campaign machine has incorporated the RNC so that it is absorbed into the Trump campaign and becomes a huge campaign machine to reelect Trump in 2020. It’s a new strategy that combines all of the monies collected for campaigns to be used for Trump’s advantage and will combine all expenses so that there’s no overlap. Yeah, the GOP is no longer the Republican Party. It is now the party of trump which we always knew was going to happen because Trump wants to be dictator for life and this is a strategic move towards that goal.

Martha McSally, eh? Well, I guess if you can’t make it to the US Senate thru the front door, there’s always the back door.

I wonder why Jon Kyl was so willing to step down after only a couple of months on the job. Maybe he realized that the DC he returned to wasn’t the same one he’d left.
