“Christmas Island is an Australian territory in the Indian Ocean, lying south of Java, Indonesia.” [Google] Sounds like a nice winter home.

Easter Island has no permanent residents, because it cannot sustain life on its own. Nothing grows, or rather thrives, there that humans can subsist on, and fresh water is very limited. A great deal of whatever sustained those people who built the statues had to be brought by ship, and the island is kind of remote.

At least it’s not the Ice Cream Bunny! (Fans of Rifftrax will get that one.)
