Children are what their parents make them. That’s why all three of my boys have long beards (a little odd because the oldest is 10), wear their hair in a ponytail and listen to the Grateful Dead. Whenever my boys are naughty (it does frustrate and anger me) I try to remember that they really are good most of the time. One of the most amazing moments as a father is when I look into one of my boy’s eyes and see myself looking out at me. It brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it. I love my boys very much.
