Never heard of it.

For a while, there were a bunch of people who really Liked AOL, not for their “Service” but for their ultra agressive Marketing Program.

You could count on them sending you at least one Free Floppy disk every week at a time when Floppy disks were over a dollar each.

Format a handful of free AOL advertising floppies and stick new labels on them and you just saved a Buck each.

I see even back in 2002, an English degree qualified you to work retail. At least back then you weren’t stuck with unGodly student debt.

This comic is before text messaging took over, making email seem tame by comparison. Now, years later, the combined efforts of email, texting, and internet comment forums have produced an entire generation of idiots.
