So, no one can be bothered to mix up some ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves allspice?

This is the 21st century. They should try selling Cannabis-Spice Lattes.

I feel like “Quash Spice” has a better ring to it—and also describes how many people feel about what the aliens stole.

We were offered pumpkin spice liqueur at a bbq a few weeks ago. Tasted like the cough syrup from my childhood. The pink, opaque one. Same mouth-feel, too. And one tiny sip was more than enough.

Don’t tell them that canned pumpkin is usually made of winter squash.

aaah, but what is now popular in Colorado and making its way down to Califesco is a cannibus latte

Funny enough it wouldn’t matter at all in Germany, since pumpkin and squash are both translated as ‘Kürbis’.

No pumpkin spice? OMG (Oh My Gourd)! The trade system will come apart. We’re duned! It’s a Paul-ing!

But there is no pumpkin in pumpkin spice.

Fooled them. I still have mine.

If you make squash pie instead of pumpkin, no one would know the difference. Pumpkin is a squash.

I’d sooner have a Toe Nail Spice Latte. Come to think of it, I don’t even drink lattes of any spice.

Pumpkin spice isn’t actually made from pumpkins, Brewster and Dr. Mel. It’s a mixture of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves that is used to flavor the pumpkin.

Well, squashes, like pumpkin and butternut and crooked, have one thing in common: little or no flavor. Most of the spice of pumpkin is cinnamon.

How do spacemen pay for their pumpkin spice lattes? With Star Bucks, duh.

Pumpkin, zucchini, and some other squashes are the same species. This was pointed out in RBION several weeks ago.

i tried pumpkin spice once. Not good.

My aunt once made a pumpkin pie (or so I was told) and it wasn’t until I had a second piece that I was told it was squash. One of the best pies I ever had!
