    73 Fahrenheit is about 23 Celsius. It sounds a lot hotter when you use Fahrenheit. Of course when it’s below the freezing point of water Celsius sounds a lot colder until -40. But sunny and 73F is still swimming weather after working up a sweat working in the yard. Especially since my pool heater is set to the optimal shrinkage avoidance temp of 88F.

    73 F can be cold if you are use to 90 degree F with 80% humidity. S. Texas is hot and wet.
