The cape is an interesting look. Has Linton’s Dad installed a beacon on the police station to flash the Lottie-symbol in the sky when she’s needed?

Gotta admit…Lottie DOES rock that cape.

I think the cape is a blanket. Having burned all her winter jackets, she finds herself with nothing to wear outside in the cold.

I have never seen burning tire smoke coming from some one’s head. Stay away!

That’s a cloak, not a cape. It could be even warmer than a puffer jacket, but not the way she’s wearing it today…. It’s probably improvised with a blanket.
