I TOTALLY agree with her. If you see a ROACH, stomp on it. if you see a RAT, CORNER it! If you see a Member of the Trump Crime Cartel, CALL THEM OUT ON IT!!!

With friends like Maxine Waters (and Nancy Pelosi), the Democrats don’t appear to need enemies. Will the shunning backfire in November? God, I HOPE not, but consider how many things do backfire. Lowering oneself to the level of your adversary is not a winning bet in the long run. (Besides, Sarah Huckabee Sanders only tells the lies she is TOLD to lie. She doesn’t have anything to do with making policy. That’s what Sean Hannity is for!)
she called on her supporters to publicly confront and harass members of the Trump administration in response the the “Zero tolerance” policy that led to the separation of families at the border.
To get sidetracked into these debates about whether or not somebody was welcome at a restaurant takes our eyes off what’s going on in America today. Maxine Waters is entitled to her opinion and I respect that.
Maxine urged people to be unpleasant and pester the factotums. Did you mock and depict the “basket of deplorables” Hillary cited along similar lines. You make Maxine appear insane and the iconic donkeys appear looney as well. Trump’s deplorables were saying things much worse than “go out there and be unpleasant.” Just asking.
Sadly, I’m just not likely to see any Trump staff going into any public place near me.
1) I’m in central PA, pure fly-over country, and they rarely come here without an entourage and a campaign rally to go to.
2) I rarely go out to eat, it being more expense than I choose to inflict on my frugal lifestyle. And I don’t like Mexican food much, either.
However, if by some strange concatenation of fates I should happen across a Trump staffer, I will be sure to step up and speak my (lengthy and pithy) mind!
I was bullied a lot as a child. When I would cry about it to my parents they would say “ignore them, they’re just trying to get your goat.” “If you ignore them they will find someone else to pick on.” I learned that bullies are weak, mean and insecure. When we respond with anger and retorts and suggestions to call out dumpy’s robots, we are descending to their poisonous levels. Hold your heads up, live your best life, and one day soon good will triumph over evil.
I agree. IMHO Ms Waters is not descending to their levels, she is at their level. And while I dislike what’s going on inside the Beltway, I elect not to shun, shout, and throw a hissy fit – that’s for children and members of certain religious and political groups (who act like children). However, we will soon have mid-term elections, at which time we will have a golden opportunity to choose from a whole slate of ne’er-do-wells, those intellectual failures who will sit in Washington and accomplish. absolutely. nothing. (sigh)

This is a problem with the DNC. Bringing post-it notes to a gun fight.

She sounds in favor of shunning. I think I am too.

The Republican congress is letting bully boy Trump walk all over America.
Americans have the right to protest this.
If the Dems won’t do it, someone else will.

You can harass without resorting to violence. Get him out of here and don’t hurt him too much is a very clear incitement to violence.

Nice display of impartiality Mr. Danzinger, no matter what people say here the looney tunes are not confined to any group or political party.

How is it Jeff Dansinger can see violence when it is not there, but cannot see it when it is? Especially from ICE.
