Interesting how Bailly remembered Patterson. (Seriously with the South Korean’s bit? Aren’t there any other jobs they can have where visual impairment isn’t an issue?)

That doesn’t sound like a good idea to have a blind person giving massages because there’s no telling where the person will touch you. Do people ever get massages while they’re on their backs? If so, that would make it easier for a blind person to touch someone inappropriately; and he’d have the perfect reason since he couldn’t see.

There are none so blind as those who will not see.

A ticket for tinted windows? Serious? Around here just about everyone would get ticketed then.

Can they train all spiders to jump on command? If so, they should come over to where I live and look for them and train them to jump out of my house. When I see them, they get squished.

I’m sure people born and raised in small towns are rolling their eyes at the Patterson one since in those places you could very well pull over your childhood doctor 27 years later. You could also be serving coffee to your Kindergarten teacher or selling movie tickets to your babysitter. It goes on and on…

If I recall the jumping spider thing was so that they could photograph it repeatedly in order to study the technique and use the observations to program some kind of robot.

I just want to know South Korea’s rationale. If it’s to discourage lewdness, it fails.
