I’d say it’s a bargain. Lester certainly appears to be getting his money’s worth.
It’s not a whole thrill. It’s just a quarter.
Gene again, from yesterday? Apparently Razor did not put him out of commission.
Well, hellooo, dolly!
I do hope I’m just imagining things, and nothing…. um…. untoward…. is happening under the dolly.
Dennis…. hmm… not sure that is Gene… cos Liverlips thinks it’s Lester…..
and usually the first person is right.
But sometimes with toons, it’s hard to tell….
So, as I said…. if it IS, indeed, Gene,
we can definitely conclude that he likes to live dangerously.
In both strips, he’s tempting fate.
But looking back over the times I’ve seen him, I’d say that’s nothing new.

In fact, sometimes I’m surprised to see him the next day, still walking nonchalantly down the street.

If is Gene or Lester I don’t know but who it providing the ride? Looks pretty thrilling, especially for two bits. I wonder how long he gets to stay on the hand truck?
Those cheap thrills probably only last a quarter of a second.
Top ’o the Morning, MUDD!
Keep on (hand) truckin.
Never too old to play with dollies…
Wheeeeee
Whoever is providing the ride, needs the 25 cents to pay for the rental of the hand truck.
What do you expect for a quarter?!
Tissues for Nosebleeds – 5¢
Anyone else read that caption with an extra “s” in the second word?
“Thrills, the gum that tastes like soap.”
So which is the thriller and which the thrilee? Not to be confused with ‘the Rose of Thrillee!’ :>)
I offer rides around the shop – no one seems to want a thrill anymore!
