Tried that once myself – never saw a pool empty so fast!

If it were a whale shark rather than a great white, tiger, or mako shark, the beach would be safe.

Leaving a “Payday” bar lying on the beach is not near as fun as dropping one in the pool.

And if a Saturday Night Live writer named Aesop were finishing this, a shark would jump out of the ocean to attack the boy who cried “Shark.”

Someone should read Lio the fable about ‘the boy who cried wolf’. If he pulls this stunt too often, people may not run to safety but run to the nearest police station to report his disruptive, behavior. He could also cause a major panic one day with some people being trampled in their haste to get off the beach. This was ’ not smart’ Lio! This stunt could also just cause copycat behavior by others.

I’m amused that everyone fled the beach, as if a shark could come onto land to harm them.

Wait until the people find out that it was a hoax!

I do draw attention to the fact that Lio is NOT going into the water. . . . Just sayin’.

There are approximately five deaths caused by sharks annually,

while horses kill about 20 people a year and cows kill about 22.

Maybe Sherman will drop by.

Lio obviously listened to the old Cheech and Chong routine, “Pedro and Man at the Beach.”

Well, this isn’t funny.

I should do this on a Fourth of July.

Well, that’s one way to get some space on a crowded beach. But it’s kinda lonely now, Lio….
