Last upgrade gave us trump.. folk are naturally a bit nervous after that. Sometimes, better the devil you know.. Personally though I would go with the devil.
The issue with upgrades is that it usually takes us back to the beginning on the learning curve. Plus they always eliminate some feature that you found extremely useful.
Just got the latest Microsoft excuse for an “upgrade”. Took two hours and afterwards it wouldn’t recognize my login. Fixed that and it had completely changed my screen and reset my browser to Edge. Two hours of waiting with inane screen messaqghe sliek: “we’re making thjngs better for you”, We’re improving your Apps," “We know it’s taking a little longer than you expected but we’re doing as fast as we can” … and lie after lie after lie.
Two hours of waiting, one hour of frustrating effort and I have a system that’s no better than it was before. Yet Microsoft thinks it owns my computer and won’t allow me to go indefinitely without installing the upgrade.

Gotta wait for the x.1 version. Don’t want to brick the planet.

We are still shy from the ‘Noah’ upgrade fiasco.
