For a moment, Cybil was sweet and lovely – IT WAS AWFUL!

well, that was fun while it lasted

Normal cat. I have stray cats or some cats that someone owns but leave out, they don’t look starving, but I bring out food for them. I have my own cat that lives outside. Anyway, this morning I’m bringing the food and one comes up to get it and swipes and hisses at me to go away so she can dine in solitude.

I knew the gin would do the trick.

Schizoid, no doubt.

Time to hide from Cybil.

That cure happened way too easily. I doubt Cybil has been fully cured.

Note to self: Don’t leave gin where the cats can get to it.

I guess Cybil just needed a hair of the dog that bit him!

One question: Panel 3-is Cybil flinging the bottle at Lio because a) it is generic gin and not the good stuff, b) he only used one bottle, c) it is her natural disposition, or d) all of the above?

Over at “Andy Capp” recently we were talking about our favorite drunks in comics and entertainment, and I’m ashamed to say that I forgot about Cybil entirely!

Cybil’s behavior after imbibing an entire bottle of gin (and starting another) is now back to normal.

BEWARE THE CAT!
