Petey needs some outdoor exercise.

Should have said fire flies, Alice. Petey would have went over the top with that.

All I know is that they are ugly as hell. I saw one that came indoors, and that was all she wrote. Catching them in a glass is out of the question!

I see therapy in Petey’s future ;(

Oh, Petey, Petey! My poor, misguided hero! Catching lightning bugs is (or was) one of the real, simple delights of childhood (now, regrettably, they are rarely seen, at least in urban or near-urban areas)….

I have not seen a Lightning Bug or Firefly in Decades.
