Someone ask Guilliani why his pals at the SDNY held onto Weiner’s computer for several weeks, not requesting any search warrant or doing any forensics on it, until finally giving to Comey just 11 days before the election which was insufficient time and they didn’t find that there was nothing implicating Clinton until 3 days before election but polls had already tanked and damage done. Guilliani knows the answer to this, he belongs under oath for starters.
