That’s a theory, Frazz. A ‘Big Bang’ theory.

I don’t think there was an Earth at the big bang. Or for several billion years later.

To paraphrase George carlin, the planet is fine—we’re bleeped.

If need be, the earth will cleanse itself, as it has done before – even the chrisshuns will agree with that.

Earth and flea collars: from an article many years ago, the best I can remember:Someone asked the expert if the Earth could survive global warming. The reply was that the planet would survive just fine, but humans would not, and that the planet would shake us off like a bad case of fleas! Therefore, the flea collar would get rid of human fleas before we finish ruining the planet for all other living things.

No. the excess population of the fleas will die off. Anything more than 4 billion is too many. Too bad well have to get to 10 or 12 before we go back down to 4.

The Big Bang was the birth of the universe. The earth doesn’t have a birth “day.” You can do better, Mr. Mallett.
