The Catillac Cats!

Say, this is the first time Riff Raff and Cleo are with Heatcliff!

This brings back memories. I hear that the show only lasted 1 season because Mel Blanc was having trouble doing Heathcliff. Also, for a long while, I thought the Cadillac Cats were called “Cats & Company” from what I read in the credits.

I love this show! I need to find my old VHS recordings.

The weirdest thing about that show was that Riff Raff’s crew were in plenty of Heathcliff’s cartoons, but Riff Raff was never in one of Heathcliff’s cartoons.

Oh! Look at Cleo’s leg warmers! I remember those! (feeling nostalgic) I know they’re still around but they’re not quite as common as they were in the 80s.

Long time no see.

It’s about time. I thought we would never get to see the Cadilac Cats in this comic.

There were a few episodes where the characters were watching “Inspector Gadget” on TV, and a few of “Inspector Gadget” where they would be watching this cartoon, too. The Cadillac Cats also made a brief cameo in IG during one chase scene that took Gadget and Claw through a junkyard.

Where are Dingbat and the Creeps? (No, not the Bunkers.)

Nice to see Riff Raff and the gang again. They should have had Sonja in this strip. She and Cleo could have had some girl talk while Heathcliff was yapping with the guys.

Best Heathcliff comic so far this year :)
