    Morning, Marg.

Nancy, usually there is a designated bowl for spitting. And that is when you are tasting, not when you are being served.

That being said, if Kyle keeps bringing this schlock to the table, you are entitled to pour it in his lap.

Friday! Not only do we have another installment of Sam Basset on the Amtrack Express, but it is animated!

If Sam is expecting a confession, he is not making much progress. But who knows what those doggie brain cells are processing.

Well done!!! – You can almost hear the train clockediclocking. I did. Bit of a synesthete.

Maybe Sam should quit drinking booze entirely – but now is not the time for that.

    Whooo… whooo…. in the night…. a clickity-clackety-accompanied question…. whooooo dunnit?

And it’s all aboard again…. for the mystery train…

The Midnight Express is still carrying us along, through the cornfields and the valleys… past the foothills and the stockyards…

shining its beam into cities and … right through the

Friday, Nov 13th  2020 “CLEO and COMPANY” on Sherpa.

Where it shines on … a MURDER… and on ace detective Sam Basset, who attempts to draw it into the light.

The newly departed does not seems to be missed….

Not one fellow passenger has shed a tear upon learning of his perhaps NOT-so-unfortunate demise.

Not even sweet-faced Candace… certainly not Buck… and now, not Mr. Horne….

whose first name, we learned in one of those handy-dandy cartoon expository panels, is Myles.

But that early panel showed us four passengers, not counting Sam, or the unmourned victim.

Only one is yet to be interviewed… the rather lame-faced Grace.

Tonight’s helpful voice says there are SIX suspects, including the porter.

Who else is on this train?

Surely the voice isn’t counting SAM??

COME ON… we know it’s not Sam… this isn’t our first murder mystery!

    Sheesh.

Is it YOU? Did YOU do it?

    CONFESS!

    Wait… Grog confessed…. but… somehow I don’t believe him. Sorry, Grog.

    Soooo whoooooo dunnit?

Nighthawks – there’s a misspelled word – interruped – in the panel after the title. Did the murderer steal the “t”. Or is there a thief on the train also?

I keep telling Kyle that “Thompson seedless are not suitable for wine-making.” Does he listen? NO!

Wow! What a great mystery! That Sam Basset is so smart and clever. Do you suppose he even has a clue? (But wait, that’s another movie).

Love the train crossing. I wonder why the lights weren’t a shade of pu……?

Will Sam Basset be interviewing somebody named Amanda or Celeste or maybe a certain pirate? Or, will one of the suspects be a person who has been reading Sherpa for years and is fed up with them saying they will fix Sherpa, but want to eliminate it?
