You’ll see by Venezuela’s situation what is the end result when a country with a very large poor section of the population elects a extreme socialist into power when there is a huge pot of money. It works beautifully as long as the money pot is there. The man get elected over and over again. He pays for all his social programs with the endless pot of money and does not invest into the country to try and diversify the economy. Unfortunately nothing stays the same and prices fall causing a large shrink is said pot of money. The poor people have been taken care of for years and are not self sufficient or have other jobs to turn to, do you really think you can stop the social programs without anarchy?
