Based on settlements I’ve seen, Opus would be lucky to keep the waist band! Yet large companies want “tort reform” so Opus could not have sued at all!

30% sounds about right as a standard cut of the settlement for an attorney. Steve was generous, if anything, to judge by what we (don’t) see….
