If I’ve any critique about this arc, it’s that it zoomed by very quickly.
[ That said, if you read the comments on many of the ‘continuity’ strips, a frequent complaint is that things tend to drag, so consider that bullet dodged. ]
Still, I wouldn’t have minded another week to let the interactions breathe a bit.
‘That’ said, try not to pay overmuch attention to critiques, because then you’ll start second-guessing yourself, and the ‘Observer Effect’ will kick in.
Charlene is looking around to see if Sedine is sneaking up on her, again. Sedine is like a Hulk-ninja party girl—ready to bust up a situation and create chaos.
Sedine & Sam live in half of a duplex (… with Ellie renting the other side) while Charlene, Roy and their children seem to occupy a single-family home – with a spacious front porch – across the street from them.
Wondering how much of the street/neighborhood Bea has already mapped out.
