The Democrats have lost more seats under the “leadership” of Nancy Pelosi than anyone can count anymore. They had control of both houses, did nothing but pass the ACA which is roundly despised by the majority of the people.-What is it Mr. Einstein is credited with saying? The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

The only person that would have been accepted is a Republican. Sorry the democrats did not take into account the minority republican parties opinions when selecting a leader. She has actually worked for the country unlike the past 6 years of Republican rule by inaction.

Shows why the Dems have been losing to the GOP all over the country …sad! [ Overall, Pelosi did a lot of good, but new leadership is needed. ]

Republicans have outplayed the Democrats in gerrymandering and voter suppression. Trump also took a jump and the Republican Party was surprised.

Now the center is more right. Should the Democrats fight over the angry white vote and go even more right than they are now?

Oh, I agree we will have to see what Trump does for 4 years.I am guessing the angry white men will not be to happy in 4 years.

Who knows may be we will get better health insurance for all for less as Trump promised, but the private sector healthcare has had years to do that.

The Democrats are spineless, ineffectual losers. The only exceptions have been Bill Clinton & Barack Obama. Harry Reid was a doormat, and more often than not Pelosi followed him off the cliff like a lemming. (Yes, I know lemmings don’t actually do that. It’s a figure of speech.)

Bad choice follks, It IS indeed time to get a leader who will actually lead with strength. The real secret may be having someone as absurd as Trump to get the “mainstream” to pay attention, rather than worrying about any real facts, law, the Constitution, threats environmental and political to the survival of the planet, not just a party??

Anyone NOT depressed about the total situation in the US, like Trump running away from any logic or “party line” indeed, isn’t paying attention!

It’s hard to take a political party seriously that selects this clown to be their leader when they had over 200 other choices.

And it almost seems like a word for word replay for today.
