Let’s back up a step , or 4, what am I missing? I fail to get the connection between brisk fall afternoons and Chekhov, or Putin too for that matter. If he said, “reminds me of Moscow, which reminds me of Chekhov, etc…” that would make some sort of sense. As it is, there seems to be some sort of missing link.
