Well, we have the explanation for why Sam said that they’d been played. As I’m sure we’re going to have a break from the story tomorrow to commemorate 9/11, I’ll try really hard to update my story map for then, and I’m promising an interesting discussion on why Rikki’s mechanical monster is called a “vampire car” by many of the characters in the story.
I’m really surprised that Tracy didn’t ask that goofball of a doctor about Kadaver. Maybe he did, but I’m betting Abner survived and will show up. When he does, doncha know Rikki will probably “lose it”!
With Junior’s help, we are re-focussed from Kadaver to Rikki Mortis as the chief objective of the MCU (but what about Mr. Bribery?). So, it will be a race between Rikki and her Vampire Mechanique and whatever the MCU can muster, to slay or save Pat Patton! With tomorrow likely to be a 9/11 tribute, Monday should mark the start of this new sub-plot….
