As an American penguin (his father must be an American if he’s running for Pres.) giving a speech about identity in his mother’s homeland, this will give the media covering the event (Animal Planet) something to share with the American voters. Now they can make an informed decision on whether or not to consider the third party candidate.
The trouble with tribbles is that they are not penguins. They are not part of The Group. Maybe they will beam down from that mini-Enterprise perched upon the colorful candidate’s fruity noggin….
