Wasn’t Screwball the brother of Cueball? They worked for BB Eyes but apparently got out on bail. Later Putty Puss was impersonating Cueball in order to steal the profits from his club. Then in the shootout between Cueball and Putty Puss Cueball was killed. So, Screwball would have reason for revenge against Putty Puss who killed his brother.
