Poor Nessie. Only one with “Monster” in her (might be a him) title. How about “Loch Ness Misanthrope?” How many Friend Requests on Facebook has it gotten? Byw “monster” and “social anxiety” are redundant.

How about the “Creature from the Industrially Polluted Lagoon?” (Puts more of the onus on us.)

Grendel’s mother needs a name. How about Miranda, a very scarred, banged up moon of Uranus (also redundant).

Everyone’s so danged sympathetic this morning! What’s WRONG with you people? (I know what’s wrong with me; ist hte speelingk.)

Neither Nessie, Yeti, nor Bigfoot like to have social interaction. Sounds like Aspergers to me.

The Loch Ness Introvert

Thin font amd very low contrast from the dark background makes the middle panel unreadable for compromised eyes.

Doubt that Nessie has been much of a monster to anything or anyone—except maybe the fish it presumably eats.

Bucky referring to something Satchel said as “brilliant”??!! Hell hath frozen over.

If Darby Conley reads these comments, I hope he will refrain from using dark backgrounds as they make the text very hard to read in the newspaper. Other strips do this as well and it can be quite annoying. I want to be able to read the whole strip, but when one of the panels has a dark background, it’s sometimes impossible for me to discern the words.
