Here is your Caturday Cute…

Morning all. Heading out to the gun club to try to minimize the flood damage before it happens. I’m supervising the work crew today no heavy lifting for me. We have been getting massive amounts of rain and now the hurricane is dumping even more water on us. My house won’t flood so no worries there, but the gun range was built at the bottom of a borrow pit almost 70 years ago and is prone to flooding at least 18" indoors so we plan for that. Hope everyone is safe and dry and healthy or wet depending on your needs.

A blissful Saturday my friends-———-I’m taking mom to my nephew’s in Cumming GA. He is having a birthday party for her. She is 95.-———-Have a bountiful day everyone.

Everybody have a great Caturday. I’m waiting for the landlord to come by and light the pilot light on our fireplace so we can have some heat in the apartment. It’s chilly here, only around 6C

I have no clue what the pipes are. The only thing I know about for sure is our sprinkler thing.

SO much rain and wind here. Morning temp @48F…brrr. Had to wear layers of clothing for morning dog walk plus drinking hot coffee after months without. This bears repeating…brrrrrrrrrr.@bbear: your category chart hit the mark!!!! Love it.@LROS: Your post made me LAUGH visualizing little Annie dressed in orange. She might look attractive in white with black stripes…or is it black with white stripes? LOL

Apropos of nothing…

Lightning got adopted today! That couple from last night came back. It was a big adopt-a-thon at PetCo today so there were LOTS of cats, kittens and dogs available from 6 groups. This couple made the rounds at least twice looking at cats. They finally came back to us and took Lightning.

Emma, a diluted tortie who has been there a while also got a forever home. A family was there yesterday and thought about her all night. The mom said the kids were crying about leaving her so they knew they needed to come back.

There are some prospects for a kitten and his sister for tomorrow. We’ll see.

Given the problems you Americans have with gun control, your ranges could do with a good flooding, along with all of your gun shops.-————-Uh huh, we should maybe outlaw them, make everyone turn them in, right? Then only the bad guys would have them. That would work nicely.

Not around here. Think Vegas desert heat and weather. It’s way at the other end of the spectrum from Colorado weather.

Ignore Johhny Boy! If memory serves, he is British, and hates Americans! Too bad he isn’t more like Numbers 3 and Six, and a few others I know around this board who are British as well! Very nice posters. Just let Johnny Boy be and he will leave. Hopefully!
