I cannot wait to see what the Turbo-Mow 10,000 is like! Probably will take Lio into another dimension.

True story: less than 2 weeks ago, I replaced my push mower with an electric. The look on my face after using it for the 1st time was EXACTLY the same as Lio’s above.

His painting from yesterday makes sense now. Time to duck and cover or run and scream, your choice.

I finished Tim Allen’s book “Don’t Stand too Close to a Naked Man” yesterday. He recanted everything he said on “Home Improvement” HA! Gotcha! No, he said “More Power!” If I could find a dealer, I’d be putting together Lio’s lawnmower right now. Without the instruction manual.

This reminds me of an old Don Martin cartoon. A man is on the floor in his house looking at his ultra-powerful new circular saw. Then he asks his wife, who has the manual, how to turn it on. She finds it, tells him, and he’s OFF! Then he asks her how to turn the dang thing off, and she finally finds it in the manual–but not before he’s dug a deep trench in his floor, wall, and ceiling, and cut in half the couch and the CAT! Luckily, no furniture or animals seem to be harmed in the making of today’s “Lio” episode. (Btw, I think Red Green is MUCH funnier than Tim Allen ever was.)

Burgundy2, when reading comics in the office, it’s best to close your door.

    Re: Burgundy2 Oh my goodness!…………..

As a business owner I get maddened when I see people on company time, entertaining themselves on the internet. This practice costs industries millions of dollars each year, you might as well be stealing cash from the owners pockets. Be grateful you’ve got a job and think of your employer first, play on your own time!

Nice of you to attempt a retort burgundy2, but if I were showing my “holier than thou” attitude, I would discuss poise and grace. I don’t know what industry you’re in, but I’ve never had a job that when things are slow it’s acceptable to goof off, there is always something constructive to do in any job. It breaks my heart to see people out of work and not able to support their families, while others sit around getting paid to giggle at comics while on company time.
