Maybe he is more of an aurora borealis kind of person. I always like rainbows, but the one time I was really impressed was on a flight, the shadow of our plane appeared in the middle of a circular rainbow.
When I first started as a school bus driver, I subbed when other drivers were out. Controlling the kids was tough. One day I was yelling at them to stay seated, and I saw a rainbow. I said “Hey look! A rainbow!” Of course they all had to bail out of their seats to see it. But I thought “This one’s on me!” and I sat and let them look for a bit!
