Avis as Barbie?

Avis had a make-over!

Avis does Halloween 24/7/365!

I knew I was old when I said my first, “Hey! You kids get off my lawn!” LOL!

Ruthie nailed it.

Or, as the Tibetan woman exclaimed when she realized she left her dinner in the oven “Oh my baking yak”,

LOL. I thought it was Mavis.

Barbie will be 62 in March of 2021.

I cleaned up my best Barbie, Midge, and Ken along with the dollclothes I could clean up and salvage and gave them to my granddaughters. They were so thrilled. Of course, back in May they were thrilled to have any toy delivery. I don’t know if they play with them.

I should never have given away my 1959 Barbie. Sooo dumb of me

I prefer my old barbie the ones now are ugly except for the collector ones.

My sister inherited our mom’s ’50s Barbie and made her out to be the mother of one of the newer Barbies.

I apologize to Miss Avis but in my defense, it was an easy mistake to make.

Yes my thought too was Ms. Avis, reminded me of my lower back each morning. Nice mom and Ruthie playing Barbie dolls together. For sister and I never had a Barbie doll, my mom never had one nor heard of them back in the days. She grew up in the country one room school, helped her sister after she died with MS and then moved away.
