Time to “fire” a customer!Did this occasionally in my own business. Sometimes you just need to tell a customer you would appreciate it if they would take their business somewhere else!
Well, the Perfesser once rated Roz’s Roost as a real ‘tongue depressor’ in one of his restaurant columns. The owl isn’t far off in his assessment of her establishment, as long as he didn’t order the ‘take-out special’. Order Roz’s take-out special, and you get taken out…and into the awaiting ambulance.
I’ve been following Shoe for years and this is the first time that I’ve ever take offense at a Shoe strip. IBS of which Crohn’s Disease is a part of, is no laughing matter, my 18 year old son was just diagnosed with it. There is no cure, he will have periods of extreme stomach cramps and extreme diarrhea for the rest of his life and will possibly have portions of his intestine removed if it can not be controlled by medication. I was really wanting to find a way to contact Gary Brookins and Susie MacNelly to let them know the seriousness of this disease, hopefully this comment will get to them.
