I know deep down I would stab my best friend in the back for the price of an extra value meal, so I try my best to live my life better than that. Then I get stabbed in the back myself for a thrill and giggles, and I think to myself, “To hell with it.” Take the money Sarah, and buy yourself a footlong. You’ve earned it.

Finders keepers, etc. If you’re so careless with your money you deserve to lose it.

How nice to find $5. I only find dimes and quarters at most.

Yesterday I looked in my wallet for $80 I had gotten on Wednesday but didn’t find it. Till I got home and looked in Wednesday’s shirt pocket.

Keep it Sarah. It probably came from Larry’s pocket. So its yours.

Sadly, I usually only find pennies and dimes. The occasional nickel. Now the new polymer bills are washable. But don’t put them in the dryer or try to iron them flat. I hear they melt.

Beviek beat me to it—that’s exactly what our family did!

Except for the one time there were three twenties floating on top of the water when I opened the washing machine, and knowing one kid had just done a big babysitting job I happened to casually mention that whoever had started a load might want to check…barely got the first words out of my mouth when you never saw a kid run so fast.
