I don’t know why this cat cares so much but it does make for a good story. Poncho and Hudson, when they tell this story, will probably never mention that they were saved by a cat – twice!

Meantime, do we figure Chazz is out looking for his dog?

Still have a feeling Poncho’s in a semi-catatonic state for some reason and the mailman is trying to revive him. Also have a feeling Paul’s a cat owner:)

I love it! Little surprises like this make this one of my favorite strips.

I wonder if there is any chance that this is the cat of Carmen’s that has helped Poncho in the past. Probably not, because of the distance he has supposedly traveled, but this could all still be a dream. The cats all look alike, so who can tell?

I am really enjoying this rambling storyline.

Wow! Somehow I had a feeling that a cat would be involved in this story line somehow.
