Yea! Bonnie Braids is back! Can the Pig on Wheels be far behind?

If they ever make a sequel to the 1990 Dick Tracy movie and it was based off of the Moon Period, who do you think should play Moon Maid?

OK, I’ll bite….I never heard of Bonnie Braids- who’s her mother? Tess?

All this is new to me! When I used to read DT as a kid, he had no family because he never went home!

Looks like Abner K. will use Bonnie to get to Dick. Gotta like his approach, though…..he could just waste Tracy with a bullet, but instead comes up with these elaborate schemes…what other hit man does that?

Looks like we’re going to have Bonnie Braids around for a while! But why, oh why, did Tracy agree to do this TV show? He should have stood up for his privacy. Well, too late now. The next move is Abner’s….

It looks like Team Tracy is choosing to ignore Locher’s de-aging of Bonnie from the 2000s. She looks just like she did when Collins and Fletcher were doing the strip.

Other than the subplot of Li’l Abner trying to put curtains on Tracy’s career, it looks like the main gist of the last year or so is one big family reunion..It is still a puzzlement to me, and I hope I don’t step on anyone’s toes here (especially Willy007), but I remain disappointed in the manner in which they tried to bring back Honey’s mother..But I guess we’ve killed that dead horse to death many times over…

I am so excited to see Bonnie Braids again. I have missed the character since 1979. I didn’t care for Locher’s version of her, and didn’t understand reversing her age. I am glad that Joe and Mike have brought her back to a young woman. Kudos to TEAM TRACY for bringing our Bonnie Braids back home!

stilldamatt, without your aplomb for sarcasm, can you give me details as to what exactly the pig on wheels is? i know you guys have mentioned it before but i never read any of locher’s stuff so i have no idea what it is
