Yes, littering is definitely a walloping crime. I’d love to wallop the miscreants who keep throwing their trash on our front lawn. Then I’m the one who has to clean it up before I can mow my grass.
Littering is worthy of beating someone up??? What do you do about serious crimes? How small does the offense have to be for you to not resort to violence?
