Witches Be Loco!

I would love to know the physiology of someone who is humanoid but is basically allergic to water. Every other creature uses water but how does she process food with water in it? Inquiring minds want to know.

Any one else think of sublimation right away?

I thought Dorothy didn’t have a mean bone in her body!

Would the witches first name be Sierra?
