I bought an adapter to hook it up to my HDMI only television, played Wii Sports for a little while, and have not started it since. Mostly because the Wii Balance board and I dispute my weight—it wants me to get on it daily, I do not want the embarrassment.
I used to play Intellivision. It’s funny how the graphics of the games has improved immensely since Intellivision, but the gameplay hasn’t. Our whole family used to laugh out loud playing the skiing game, especially when the skier went down with a satisfying SPLAT! I haven’t laughed that hard at any of the new games.

I’d still be playing Dr. Mario if the machine still worked.

Arlo is showing one of the sure signs of being a senior Boomer, at least he seems to be when I think of the Boomers whom I know.
We seem to have lost interest in being part of fads and trends.
Maybe we just no longer have the energy.
Anyone care to give his/her opinion?
(Yes, the question is a set up based on the preceding lines. Have fun either by participating or deciding that it’s not worth it.)

Back in my day we went to a bowling alley to bowl. I got a good rate cause I was a pinsetter on weekends.

My wife has some toy hooked up to a TV, I think she has used it twice in six years.

So Janis thinks that Arlo has a Wii bit of a problem.

Off hand I’d say he’s playing Wii sports Tennis, boxing, golf, baseball (batting), and bowling.
