   wow, i think i never realized there was a game gear megaman game. We had a game gear, actually before we ever got a game boy, but it really wasn’t portable, because rechargeable batteries didn’t last long enough and… neither did alkaline batteries….

   so, i basically only ever played game gear while tethered to a wall… The only reason to play it besides for super nintendo or genesis or whatever, is it was much easier to decide which wall to be tethered to, haha

    the thing we worried about most was the batteries dying in Zelda or whatever… turned out to be not much of an issue…
