   I’m nervous that Ann knows where Tiffany works. I could see her slipping and falling at the Fuse to punish Tiffany.

   Is it at all possible that Ann might now be pregnant? The “our baby thing is weird.”

   The only thing I think completely rules it out is her not pulling the “I’m pregnant now and if you don’t marry me I’ll get you for child support” card.

   I love that Linus is trying to make Peppermint Patty feel better. He was always the best friend, trying to make everyone feel better. I mean, he offered his blanket — to Linus that was huge.

   This is an interesting story line, say what you will, he loves his family. Remember when he followed his son to college because he was afraid for him to go alone?

   Can I point out that the counselor in training was in a situation where someone is looking for life guidance… and criticizes that person’s sock-folding technique?

   Would have been a good opportunity to direct someone to internships to try out career paths, or maybe some other career-centric learning.

   But hey, she’s rolling her socks. That’s waaaay more important.

   He might have crushed the walnuts and made a crunchy coating.

7. about 5 years ago on Luann

   This comic strip is making me reflectively refrain from engaging in stories.

   How many plot lines are dangling? Ann Eiffel and Tiffany. The one girl who didn’t show up to class but got A’s. Jack going to Vet School and maybe liking Luann. The inspector showing up to Brad’s house regarding the un-registered updates. The Souffle Lingerie lady Tiffany called. The scam that Les ran, which only seemed to have a payout of him figuring out the manager at the Fuse was gay, and therefore not interested in him. Mr. Gray and wife had something going on, I can’t remember.

   For a while I read through comics specifically to see what happens next, but by the time they get back to a plot line (if they ever do), I really don’t care anymore. I imagine this will be the same.

   Watch, Gunther or Luann will be about to lean in for a kiss, and boom story line about Shannon’s deadbeat dad. Or Gunther will be about to meet his blind date and we’ll launch into a plot line about Luanne’s parents needing new wiring in their house.

   I think uniforms aren’t the worst idea, but they shouldn’t make kids wear dressy clothes. Black jeans and solid color shirt anyone?

    Haven’t seen the crocs for a while (that I remember) but its cute that they’re still remembering how traumatic it was for papa croc that his son was off on his own more :-)
