real slow today, me think someone at gocomics didn’t code the ads right

My day will not be complete . . . not without my comic fix.

Or ‘fixed’ by GoCom.

We wants our comics! They’d better be up by the time I gt up, or, or…. Or I’ll go to a lunch picnic without reading my comics!

I just went to my Go Comics e-mail. They are all there except Foxtrot, which has been pulled because of the Aurora Colorado shootings.

Danae pulled the comic so we wouldn’t see her disappointment. But she didn’t account for alternate sites. Bwa-ha-ha-haaa!

yep no comics are loading and that stupid video to the right of the page cannot be turned off.. … go comics is certainly getting loaded with junk. even the FF adblock doesn’t stick

so what is going on today. i miss my comics!

Gocomics.com apparently does not care about their business model. Not a single employe has apparently looked at their own site in over 8 hours.

The pop-up ads and the rude noisy commercials that I can’t stop work just fine all the time. But the reason I come to this site is to read the comics and you can’t be bothered to make those work right.

Comics that update on Sunday are not showing. You can still see older ones such as Skin Horse and Incidental Comics that do not update today… and, of course, comics such as Dilbert that are hosted off-site are just fine.

Arca Max has them all, and if you sign up, you can even comment.

What employees? Didn’t you all know that the gocmics board of directors has installed self programming robots to monitor its site? Now that’s real outsourcing!!

I wish there was somewhere else to read my comics, Go Comics is down way to often!

@Carl Zeichner: If you want to get rid of the commercials, check out ad-block for Firefox. Worked for years on my end. But to be fair to all commercial sites, I only block dynamic ads such as moving ads, and sound ads.

After this fiasco I don’t think I’m going to renew my paid subscription with Go Comics. I’ll stick with Arcamax for my daily fix

Yahoo comics has most of the comics including Foxtrot.

Danae got too big for her t-shirt again! Hopefully Lucy kicked her awake! Notice the fighter jets rounds bouncing off her armpits…always best to be “Sure”!

“Better give her what she wants!” Isn’t Danae too young to have “her time of the month” moments?

At last, It is alive! I can see the Danae the girl-zilla and can post comments.

Well, we finally got the strips, but my ISP has been totally “wonkie” for two months, changed radios, twice, tried all kinds of things, still comes and goes, so glad at least I wasn’t alone for so long today! Maybe it was just waiting for Danae to awaken??

Today’s “Foxtrot” is also on “FoxTrot en Español” on gocomics.com, underneath the English-version one, which has been substituted for the one with a water gun.

I can be patient, but ABP on FF works absolutely fine for me!

I hope they do not start never loading or taking forever loading like “kingdom comics”. It’s worse when all you can afford is dial-up. But all the sites make sure all the stupid ads load right quick. Bah!

@ radicalmom: Do you have Flashblock installed on your browser? That wipes out some of the things that Adblock can’t.

Todays strip is very “LITTLE NEMO” ish. I like.
