Years ago I told a coworker I had yellow jackets flying in and out of my gas grill cover on my camper. I didn’t want to get stung getting rid of them. He told me to tell my sons I’d give them a dollar to go uncover the gas tank.

Late last night, there was a screeching noise coming from my patio! It was dark and raining and I certainly wasn’t going out to see what the heck it was. It stopped and this morning I looked but there are so many plants in one area, I can’t see anything in them. I’m not sticking my hands in either.

I had boxes stacked in my garage and when I started cleaning it out I found lots of needle-like tooth marks on them. I had a possum trapped in there. Found it asleep in a cat carrier, made removal rather easy.

cue the dark ambient music with discordant overtones which, although broadly tonal, is inflected with chromatic and polytonal passages representing the archetypal example of a florid, melodramatic style without being interpreted as an overly heavy-handed metaphor within the context of the thematic material

Be boring, move the wood one piece at a time and stack horizontally in a space specially cleared for stacked wood. Later cut it into pieces and use as firewood.
