HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone and around the world. Lets all do our part to make the world a better place than the last year

Happy – we have a vaccine.

Happy – health care workers are part of the first line to get the shot.

Medium – rich people will pay to be first in line for the vaccine.

Medium – people will be forgetting to wear masks because “It is over!”.

Not thrilled – people will still be hocking up loogies to leave on the sidewalks and people will step on to take home… cold a nd flu season doesn’t change.

Not thrilled – masks are already clogging up the rain runoff system. since it is direct to the rivers and sea… this stuff will be washing up on shores for the next 20 to 40 years.

Angry – the last to get the inoculations will be the very low/ below poverty income and homeless people.

Angry – IF anyone remembers they exist. The virus will then continue.

Not after January 6 it’s not gonna be a new president. Anyone who would vote for Joes Around has got something wrong with him.

actually 2 new Presidents if you believe the odds-makers..or in a bizarre-but-legal twist, a return to a previous President if the statistical anomalies aren’t squared outside the fog-of-war

…and if you let your guard down too early, you will soon find out that the light at the end of the tunnel is actually a train coming from the other direction about to run you over!

What is scary is a pharmasist in Wisconsin purposely left doses of one of the vaccines out to effectively neutralize them. Seriously, what is wrong with people? Especially, as he will likely not only lose his license, he’s already lost his job, but be charged with multiple felonies and do jail time as well.

Oh, and Happy New Year everyone.

Bad as 2021 may start, can it really finish any worse than 2020?

Happy new year. Try not to focus on the bad things, try to focus on the positive things in life. I’m glad I still have a job (though it may go away in September). Many things to be happy for, and there are things that were not great.

Oh, and is it a bad sign when the first song on the radio was “It’s the end of the world as we know it”? ;p

There may be light at the END of the tunnel, but we’re still in the MIDDLE of it, and there’s a long ways to go yet.

That light at the end of the tunnel is a freight train!

Let us just hope that light we see is not a freight train on a collision course.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Sounded silly when Dem pres candidate HH Humphrey campaigned on that slogan in 1968, but it is very applicable this morning.

The inference is that today is a very good day to decide what to do with one’s life and get on with it.

Many parts of the country are entering a post-Christmas spike in daily new cases that mirrors the one post-Thanksgiving, indicating that the old normal of people doing what they are going to do despite any “which means….” still obtains.

That tunnel may not open until next year, so I’m thinking of using my $600 as down payment on a hazmat suit.

Now that the cold weather is here in the Great White North, we don’t need masks. Its fun to walk into a bank and feel like a felon with my balaclava on. Happy New Year everyone!

Spending too much time looking in the rearview mirror makes going forward difficult if not impossible. Keep your eyes on the road ahead, and have a Happy New Year!

Jan 6th is really a nothing day. Just a confirm day of the next 4 year disaster. It’s the 20th that starts a new nightmare. Never cared for Trumps mouth but care even less for the band of thieves coming into office.

Looking at the comments so far… 2021 is just the same as 2020.

Apparently 80+ million of us have “something wrong with” us. It’s called Democracy in place of Authoritarian Fascism.

I’m not ready to consider things “Better” just yet. I listened to Biden’s New Year message and thought uh-oh.

I was going to say that one does not have to wear a mask while seated in a bar or restaurant. But it looks like they are both standing, so he does need a mask.
