Once they finally perfected cloning it caused such of a rush of people to their doctors wanting to be duplicated that no onther patients could be seen. It was decided something had to be done about it, so after months of public hearings, congressional investigations and millions of dollars spend, they issued a 35 pages form for each patient to fill out every time they invited their doctor.
The President looked at the form and said it was ridiculous )but then it was government issued) and it should be replaced with a single page form that ask only one question.

Sigh…
Whether ’tis nobler in the comments to suffer
The stings and horrors of outrageous puns
Or to take keyboard against a sea of wordplay
And by opposing end it.
To try, to slip-
To slip—perchance to jest:
Aye, there’s the pun.
