We don’t have bears in Oz, but he could just as easily walk on a snake or a goanna or startle a bunyip. Or maybe a dingo. Hey, Wiley, a whole new list of feral critters. You could always have Danae travel to Australia during the Maine winter. (It’s summer down here, then).

i see dRUMPf supporters being that oblivious. if it weren’t for alert democrats and a handful of republicans, most of dRUMPf’s supporters would be losing their healthcare.

Clever bears! Fancy putting up a warning sign to distract people fron the very danger it warns of. The placement is perfect. :)

When I rode my bicycle on bush trails in the Yukon, the locals laughed and said, “Meals on wheels for the bears.”

Man, I don’t know about everybody else, but I for one always make it a point to seek out and follow every word of advice I can possibly get from people who forthrightly state how much they hate my guts.

I fail to see the connection between a bear cartoon and the political viewpoint war going on among some of the followers. Are you reading more into this than what is meant to be?

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Things certainly haven’t changed on the comment section here !

Due to eye surgery, I’ve been unable ( Doctor’s orders ) to use my computer or watch television for the past month and am now, only allowed limited, daily usage of both. After the initial withdrawal symptoms passed, I confess that I enjoyed being “out of touch”.

Thanks, Wiley, for giving me a good welcome back laugh !

BTW I live in one of those Socialist/Democratic countries ( Ecuador ) where healthcare is either low cost or free. My first eye surgery here, – performed on my right eye, 4 years ago – was very successful. They operated on my left eye last month for cataracts – also very successful. Much thanks to the Cuban Brigada Oftalmológico, who operate an ophthalmological hospital where I live, for their excellent medical expertise and caring attitude ! Cost for surgery and ongoing follow up visits ( including medication ) $0 !
