Earl is a twit.

Opal, you are the one who told him “It’s up to you.” So you shouldn’t complain.

Hey, if he can tie two ties and wear them at the same time, more power to him. That’s quite a trick.

Opal made a two tied monster

It’s the fashion this fall. Says so in “Back to the Future II”.

One tie is red,One tie is blue,I wore them both,Just for you.

I wish I had thought of that during my tie wearing days. I may have been a trend setter.

Neckties are absolutely ridiculous adornments ! The day I retired ( for good ) I gave away every single one I owned.I absolutely refuse to wear one for anything or anyone !I will wear a suit ( when absolutely necessary ) but not a tie. Even in my business days, I would avoid them whenever possible.

One of these days, Pearl is going to lock Earl in Shady Pines which is the retirement home in the Golden Girls.

Opal’s a control freak.

Try as you may, but you just can’t please some people.

She gets abusive, he gets smarty pants.

there was a fad for a while of wearing multiple watches. why not multiple ties? i would love to see earl as the next trend setting fashionista

I’ve been there, folks, got the T-shirt. So here’s what really happened (between the last two panels): Earl chose a tie, and put it on; Opal said he should wear the other one; so, he did!
